Moses: I Have No Plans For Sanchez In FA Cup Final
Super Eagles and Chelsea star
Victor Moses has stated that he will not be paying special attention to Alexis
Sanchez in the FA Cup final on Saturday.
Moses, who plays as right wing-back for the Premier League champions, is eyeing
his first ever FA Cup trophy with the Blues and could be the one marking the
brilliant Chilean in the Wembley final.
“I haven’t got a plan to stop him,” Moses told ESPN.
“He’s had a great season, he’s done well for Arsenal, but
whether he’s injured or not we’re just going to play football.”
Both Arsenal and Chelsea won their respective home game
against each other in the just concluded EPL season with Arsenal defeating
Chelsea 3-0 at the Emirates in September, but the Blues avenged the defeat with
a 3-1 win at Stamford Bridge.
“We still think about it,” Moses added.
“We felt very sad after that game but we played them at
Stamford Bridge and won 3-1.
“They’re going to want revenge, but we’ll stick to our
tactics and try and make sure we win.
“It’s going to be a very hard game for us on Saturday.
Arsenal are a good team with good players that can win them games. But we’re
just concentrating on ourselves at the moment, working hard in training, and
hopefully we’ll go and do the job.
“We don’t feel any pressure. If Antonio Conte says Arsenal
are the favourites, I don’t know, but we’ve got good players that can win us
games.”
