Nwanu: Iheanacho Needs To Play Regularly For Any New Club

Former Super Eagles defender Chidi Nwanu has advised Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho not to be in a hurry while deciding which club he might play for next season.
There has been transfer speculation about the Super Eagles star who is likely to spearhead Nigeria's attack in Thursday's international friendly against Togo in Paris.
West Ham United have strongly linked with Iheanacho, who did not have much playing time under Pep Guardiola last season.
"My advice for the young man (Iheanacho) will be to weigh his options carefully and not be in a rush,"  Super Eagles USA '94 World Cup star Nwanu told Completesportsnigeria.com.
"There will be offers surely for such a promising player but he and his representatives need to look carefully at what the suitors are offering him. "He needs playing time definitely and not just head to a 'big'  club where playing will be difficult.
"On the international stage he is an important player for Nigeria so needs to play regularly."
Iheanacho has also been linked with Everton and Borussia Dortmund.
