Gyan Joins Raheem Lawal’s Turkish Club Kayserispor

Black Stars of Ghana striker and captain, Asamoah Gyan, has put pen to paper with Turkish giants Kayserispor on a two-year deal.
    Kayserispor is the club of Nigeria international Raheem Lawal.
Gyan completed the formalities on Wednesday following expiration of his contract at Chinese side, Shanghai SIPG, the BBC reports.
The transfer has been confirmed by his club’s website in a statement.
“An agreement has been reached with world famous footballer Asamoah Gyan to join Kayserispor," the statement reads. 
“President Dr Erol BEDİR, actor Asamoah GYAN, Gökhan Altıntaş, Tuna Kaya and our club officials have signed a 2 + 1 year contract with the Ghanaian in the last meeting in Istanbul.
“Our president Dr.Erol BEDİR and Asamoah GYAN will move to Kayseri with 21.20 plane tonight.”
Gyan ended the season on loan at Unites Arab Emirates club, Al Ali, where he scored 8 goals in 21 games.
