NFF Expels Referees Over Poor Officiating In Jigawa

The referee in charge of the NNL match between Jigawa Golden Stars and Sporting Supreme, Zaharadeem Nasiru and his assistant, Usman Auwalu have been expelled by the NFF.

Recall that the referee awarded a controversial goal against the visitors after a player of the hosts team scored with his hand.

The viral video has generated issues within and outside the country as fans have clamoured their expulsion from the game.

The referees were also expelled from the NNL and refereeing in general in the country for the horrible officiating that has brought the game to disrepute.
